At Vaikrut, we strive to deliver your Herbo Fat Capsules safely and on time. Once an order is successfully placed, it is processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability. Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

All orders are shipped through reliable courier partners, and tracking details are shared via SMS or email once the order is dispatched. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order to avoid delays.

Vaikrut is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will assist you with tracking and support to the best of our ability.

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
