Refund policy

At Vaikrut, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take utmost care in packaging and quality control to ensure that you receive authentic and safe products. However, please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase of Herbo Fat Capsules.

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and herbal products, refunds or returns are not accepted once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with. This policy is in place to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. Vaikrut is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that results of Herbo Fat Capsules may vary from person to person depending on body type, diet, and lifestyle. Refunds will not be provided based on dissatisfaction with results alone.
